Insurance & coverage
The office is currently not accepting Medicare or Medicare Advantage-covered patients. For auto accident injuries, Medical Payment Coverage, Personal Injury Payment coverage and attorney liens are accepted.
Your first visit
The first session is a full examination to determine the extent of your problem and outline a treatment plan — before any treatment begins.
